Daryl O'Connor - DOC were the initials on his time card when he worked in the woods - builds custom kitchens, distinct fine furniture and impressive interior and exterior doors, completely onsite at his South Island Highway woodworking shop in Campbell River on Vancouver Island, BC.

Custom-Built Furniture

DOC has built Morris chairs, sideboards and dining room suites; custom entertainment centers, bedroom suites and office units. His unique coffee tables and end tables are simple, striking, and elegant all at once.

Daryl loves what he does and it shows in all his finished woodwork.

Custom Homebuilding and Finishing

Current projects include fine homebuilding and finishing in wood; flooring, custom milled baseboards, window casings, interior and exterior doors and casings, and kitchen and bathroom cabinetry.

Years of Experience and Training in Fine Woodworking

Daryl's background is in hands-on woodworking since the 1970's. In 1997 Daryl returned to college to take fine woodworking and furniture making to polish his skills.
